Following NSW Health advice to cancel non-essential, organised gatherings the following have been cancelled:
· 21 March Punchbowl Mosque Tour with Candalepas Associates
· 26 March Opening night event for Made / Worn: Australian Contemporary Jewellery
· 28 March ADC Makers Market
In the meantime, please consider supporting our makers and making a purchase online from all those who you would have otherwise enjoyed meeting at the Makers Market or from Object Shop. Makers need our support more than ever and the purchase will be much more satisfying than a stockpile of toilet paper and pasta!
CONCRETE: art design architecture is open until 4pm Wednesday 18 March. We will be closed from 19 March reopening on Thursday 26 March with two new exhibitions Made / Worn: Australian Contemporary Jewellery and in Object Space In the Fire Zone: How to Cook a Knife by Dianne Beevers.
The wellbeing of our staff and community is of utmost importance to us so we have added additional precautionary measures including upgrading of cleaning practices and sanitisation in all areas of the Centre. During this time we ask that all visitors please do not visit if they are unwell and follow the NSW Health hygiene protocols. We will continue to review and update our operations in line with government advice.
