Working internationally for two decades as an artist, industrial designer, curator and lecturer, Simone LeAmon has established a career as one of Australia’s foremost design creatives. Simone is the Hugh Williamson Curator of Contemporary Design and Architecture at the National Gallery of Victoria.

Simone’s practice as both a creative and design professional is renowned for fostering dialogues between the disciplines of art and design, and the corporate sectors, and it is because of her tenacious ability to explore cultural values and social practices with rigour and insight, that the Australian design centre believes she has made a lasting and invaluable impression on the creative arts.
