In 2024 we're celebrating 60 years supporting and presenting the best of Australian craft and design practice.

Over the past six decades, as a small but energetic and evolving cultural organisation, Australian Design Centre has had enormous impact in its programs and advocacy for designer makers since our origins in 1964.

We need your help so that we can together we can amplify this support, value creative practice and seed new ideas for a better Australia.

Make an impact by supporting the work of Australian Design Centre.

We support the creative community in practical ways, through employment, commissions, exhibitions, retail opportunities and professional development for makers, designers and artists.

We champion designers and craftspeople as creative problem-solvers who can work together to inspire new ideas and find solutions for these challenging and critical times.

We also encourage everyone, no matter what age or skill level, to participate in the act of making, with hands-on workshops for adults and young people.

High-quality exhibitions showcase the incredible dedication, innovation and skill of designer makers and creatives across a broad range of disciplines and materials – ceramics to textiles, metalwork to woodwork, glassware to furniture, printmaking to journaling.

How your donation can help:

• $10,000+ will help fund an entire exhibition including paying artists to produce works and all of the expenses associated with production and presentation.
• $5,000 will help fund an education resource to inspire young people through making and design.
• $2,000 will help fund artists to deliver a series of public programs and workshops.
• Up to $1000 will help support ADC to provide tours and workshops for regional schools in NSW.
• Up to $500 all adds up to make our annual creative program.
• Up to $50 provides materials for workshops and learning programs.

Donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
