After working as a stylist and set dresser in the film and TV industry, Lucy Feagins founded The Design Files in 2008.

From small but impressive beginnings, it is now Australia’s most popular and powerful design blog, with an audience of over 180,000 readers per month. Celebrating Australian design and creativity in all its forms, regular features on the site include Australian homes and interviews with talented local creatives. Working with some of Australia’s best young photographers, writers and filmmakers to produce the very best original daily content, the Australian Design Centre believes Lucy’s work on The Design Files has heavily influenced the general population’s recognition of and fascination with great Australian design.
