Nick Mount

With a career spanning over four decades, Nick Mount is one of the leading figures in the Australian studio glass movement.

As both a teacher and practitioner, he has made a significant contribution to the development of glass as an artistic medium, and has been at the forefront of innovation and achievement in his field within Australia and around the world. Known for his production, commission and exhibition work, Nick’s provocative and playful works are represented in major public and private collections, and have most recently been on display at Urban Glass in Brooklyn, NY, and as a part of the Living Treasures: Masters of Australian Craft, Touring Exhibition.
