Rachel Healy

As Executive Manager, Culture for the City of Sydney, Rachel Healey developed the City’s first cultural policy championing the role of culture and creativity in city-making, the value of grass roots design, innovation and experimentation to urban centres and the far-reaching dividends for government in supporting its creative community.

Healy has worked over 20 years in the performing arts arena and is a member of the Industry Advisory Board at the University of Technology Sydney’s Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building.
