Australian Design Centre is delighted to present a showcase from Adelaide’s JamFactory.

Drawing on 50 years experience jam by JamFactory presents a uniquely Australian designed and made collection of furniture, lighting and objects, complemented by a custom design service.

JamFactory collaborates with a diverse array of local designers, makers and fabricators, combining traditional skills with modern manufacturing. This mix of individual creativity and skill combined with an emphasis on materials and processes shapes a distinctive voice in Australian design.

jam: Show + Tell celebrates the individuality of JamFactory as a hub for craft and design fostering an ecosystem of creativity and tells the story behind the creation of its well loved products including details of the designers and production processes.

jam: Show + Tell - Floor Talks

Hosted by JamFactory’s CEO Brian Parkes, alongside Hannah Price and Phoebe Kretschmer, join us for an exhibition floor talk on the first Saturday in August to discover the jam collection with the designers, Q+A and a ceramics slip casting & glazing demonstration.

Phoebe Kretschmer, Production Manager in JamFactory Ceramics Studio, will demonstrate jam's ceramics slip casting and glazing technique to offer an insight into how part of the range comes together.

jam: Show + Tell celebrates the individuality of JamFactory as a hub for craft and design and tells the story behind the creation of its well-loved furniture, lighting and object products.
