WORKSHOPPED20 is open to all Australian industrial, furniture, lighting and object designers, emerging and established. 

Are you ready to take the next steps toward production or looking to test your market? Australian Design Centre (ADC) and WORKSHOPPED are calling for applications to exhibit as part of WORKSHOPPED20.

Following on from the success of WORKSHOPPED18 & WORKSHOPPED19: Australian Furniture, Lighting and Object Design, WORKSHOPPED20 will hit a new high in its 20th anniversary edition! WORKSHOPPED20 continues the annual exhibition showcasing the best new Australian design with a shortlist of designs at the Centre including exhibition awards and a program of events. 

KEY DATES: 
15 May 2020       - Submissions close 
30/31 July           - Products delivered to ADC, Sydney 
3 - 5 August       - Installation 
EXHIBITION - 6 August to 30 September         

THE BRIEF
We are looking for the very best in new design. Designs should be both functional and beautiful, with carefully considered form and detailing. They should be innovative, inspirational designs that will stand the test of time. Entry is free but shortlisted applicants will contribute a $250 + GST fee towards exhibition production. Exhibitors will be required to freight or deliver their works to and from ADC, and be available for installation as necessary.

CATEGORIES & AWARDS
The exhibition will present the shortlisted designs across lighting, furniture and objects, with a full program of events and a select number of awards for presentation.

Applicant categories include:
Emerging designers – under five years of practice 
Established designers – over five years of practice.

A number of awards for various categories will be presented including: 
Emerging Design Award
Established Design Award
Workshopped Award 
People's Choice Award 

Additional awards to be announced.
