New spaces at the Centre

This renovation at Australian Design Centre enhances the exhibition and retail experience for visitors. Relocating the entrance to William Street entrance with a new dedicated gallery space optimises the floorspace with an improved flow. This work was supported by the NSW Government.

New directional signage engages visitors passing by and assists way finding. Signage was supported by our major partner Signwave Newtown.

Australian Design Centre produces 18 exhibitions each year across our spaces and over 100 events. Object Shop our retail space supports over 120 makers generating income and profiling great design.
