Rebranding Design: Lisa Cahill chats to ArtsHub about change

"There are a lot of organisations in our craft and design network in Australia who focus on making and craft. We felt that there was a real opportunity for us to look at design in its many guises, and seek to be a translation point for design and the power of design to a broad audiences through our exhibitions and touring program."

Visual Arts writer Gina Riley recently caught up with Associate Director Lisa Cahill to chat about the changes at the Australian Design Centre and how the new re-brand coincides with the future direction of design.

Discussing the Australian Design Centre re-brand with Interbrand, change of business model, and upcoming programming, the interview is a fantastic insight into the organisation as it navigates changes of funding along with the demands of a constantly evolving industry.
