Australian Design Centre is calling for expressions of interest for preloved Australian design objects (made post-2000) for sale on consignment in Object Shop.

With a keen eye for encouraging sustainability and recycling, Australian Design Centre is piloting a local marketplace for pre-loved design objects. We’re looking for handmade, Australian-designed pieces that are ready to find their next good home. It’s a way to revalue these high-quality items and pass on their stories as they change hands. Objects must be in a good condition and made from ceramics, wood, metal, glass, textiles or fibre. ADC will consider proposals and select works for sale in Object Shop as ‘Second Life Design’.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 31 August 2024.
