Special Event to honour the life of Jane Burns AM (1932-2024)

Jane Burns AM passed away just short of her 92nd birthday. Jane was the driver behind the beginnings of what is now Australian Design Centre. Jane made a huge contribution in her professional life as a passionate advocate for Australian craft, leading the Crafts Council of Australia for two decades and her many achievements that promoted craft here and overseas.

On Thursday 30 May we will host an event at ADC for craftspeople and the many other people in the arts who knew Jane, to come together and honour Jane’s immense contribution.

All are welcome. Please RSVP here.
