Sydney Craft Week is about celebrating creativity and the handmade in all its forms. This festival creates the opportunity for the whole community to engage with craft, experience the benefits of making, and purchase local handmade work.
The Festival runs from Friday 9 to Sunday 18 October.
This year we have 115+ events at 60 venues throughout Sydney, including 56 workshops, 41 exhibitions, 9 talks and 10 digital events.

All the participants have COVID-Safe protocols in place for a safe festival.
The Sydney Craft Week Festival is a space for all of us to celebrate making, to help each other deal with change, to make new connections, friends and colleagues, and perhaps to forge new collaborations that speak to this constant change in our world.
“Despite the difficult year we are experiencing with COVID-19, Sydney’s makers and designers have worked with us to develop an inspirational and optimistic program that speaks to the Change Maker in all of us,” said Festival Directors Lisa Cahill and Penny Craswell.
